摘要
被荣为"西方首席汉语文学翻译家"和当代中国文学"接生婆"的美国著名翻译家、汉学家葛浩文先生,在2006-2012年的文学翻译中,不仅让我国三位当代作家分别获得了"英仕曼"亚洲最高文学奖,还把莫言推上了诺贝尔文学奖的领奖台。在研究其翻译思想时发现,葛浩文那些源于实践、远非传统理论所能涵盖的独特的翻译见解,的确值得我国译界进一步研究与思考。
Howard Goldblatt,a famous American translator and sinologist,who is respected as the ＆quot;chief Chinese literary translator in the west＆quot; and the contemporary Chinese Literature ＆quot;midwife＆quot;,has not only helped our three Chinese contemporary writers gained the ＆quot;Man＆quot;,the highest Asian literary prize,also pushed Mo Yan to the podium of the Nobel Prize in Literature during the period from 2006 to 2012. Studying his thoughts on translation,especially those difference from the traditional translation theories,we find his unique insights are worthy of further studying and thinking.
