三级七电平逆变器SVPWM算法的仿真和实验研究

摘要 级联型多电平逆变器SVPWM算法具有谐波特性好、电压利用率高、开关频率低、开关损耗小等优点,在高压大功率逆变器领域得到了广泛应用。在α'β'坐标平面,对五段SVPWM算法进行仿真和实验研究。仿真和实验结果与理论推导一致,五段调制算法的输出零序电压N0∈{0,±1,±2,±3}/3。一个采样周期,五段调制算法的相电压变换4次,大大减少了系统的开关切换频率。仿真和实验得到的输出电压波形能很好地逼近参考电压。 SVPWM( Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) algorithm of cascaded multilevel inverter can get a good harmonic characteristic,high utilization of voltage,low switching frequency,small switching loss etc. Therefore,this technique has been widely used in high voltage and large power inverter. On the α′β′ plane,this paper adopts the five segment SVPWM algorithm to conduct the simulation and experiment study. The simulation and experiment results are consistent with the theoretical derivation. The output zero order voltage N0 of the five segment algorithm is N0∈{0,±1,±2,±3}/3. In a sampling period,the number of changes of three phase voltages is 4. The system’s switching frequency is greatly reduced. As well,the output voltage waveforms of simulation and experiment can track the changing reference voltage very well.
