摘要
研究了P84/玻纤复合针刺毡滤料纵横向损伤对比,在针刺深度从5 mm到13 mm不断增加的情况下,玻纤基布纵向强力降幅从24.2%增至55.1%,横向强力降幅从23.4%增至46.6%。实验发现,P84/玻纤复合针刺毡滤料在针刺过程中,针刺的钩刺切割作用是其强力下降的主要原因,且纵向强力降幅大于横向。
The damage in longitudinal and transverse media was compared. As the needling depth increased directions of needled P84/fiberglass combination mat filter from 5 mm to 13 mm, the drop of longitudinal strength of fi- berglass base cloth increased from 24. 2% to 55.1% , while the drop of transverse strength increased from 23.4% to 46.6%. The experiments showed that hook cutting was the main reason causing the decrease of the fiberglass cloth strength in the process of needling, and the decrease of longitudinal strength was larger than that of transverse strength.
