黄芪注射液对SPC-A1肺肿瘤细胞株细胞增殖活力和细胞凋亡影响的实验研究

The experimental research about the effect of Astragalus membranaceus injection on cell proliferation activity and cell apoptosis of SPC-A1 lung cancer cell line

目的观察黄芪注射液对人肺肿瘤细胞株SPC-A1细胞增殖活力和细胞凋亡影响。方法以SPC-A1肿瘤细胞株为研究材料,分别用终浓度为0、4、8、16、32μl/ml黄芪注射液刺激细胞株,分别用CCK8kit法检测细胞活力和用流式细胞仪PI染色检测细胞凋亡。结果高浓度的黄芪注射液对SPC-A1的增殖有促进作用,对其凋亡无显著性影响。结论高浓度黄芪注射液促进SPC-A1增殖。

Objective To observe the effect of astragalus membranaceus injection on cell proliferation activity and cell apopto-sis of SPC-A1 lung cancer cell line .Methods SPC-A1 lung cancer cell line was used as research material ,which was stimulated respectively by astragalus membranaceus injection with 0 ,4 ,8 ,16 ,32μl/ml of final concentration .CCK8 kit method was used to detect cell proliferation activity of SPC-A1 lung cancer cell line ,and flow cytometry with PI staining method to detect cell apop-tosis .Results Astragalus membranaceus injection with high concentration had auxo-action to SPC-A1 cell proliferation ,and had no effect on SPC-A1cell apoptosis .Conclusions Astragalus membranaceus injection with high concentration can promote SPC-A1 cell proliferation .
