倾动炉杂铜冶炼新型选渣熔剂的开发与研究

Research and Development on New Chosen Slag Flux of Tilting Furnace Scrap Copper Smelting

江西铜业集团公司贵溪冶炼厂(简称贵冶)对倾动炉杂铜冶炼工艺过程进行了一系列研究。针对杂铜冶炼原理、冶炼工艺及过程控制等展开一系列的摸索研究,使得倾动炉杂铜新型选渣熔剂的开发及应用得到成功,提升了倾动炉杂铜冶炼技术水平。

Tilting furnace scrap copper smelting process has been researched by Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation （ here-inafter referred to as Guiye） . Through exploring and studying the principle of scrap copper smelting, smelting process and process con-trol and so on, we are succeeded in the development and application of new chosen slag flux of tilting furnace scrap copper smelting, and the scrap copper smelting technology is improved.
