摘要
对微灌用石英沙过滤器进行过滤试验,采用3种滤层厚度、3种泥沙含量和4个过滤速度,测定出水浊度随时间的变化规律,分析各组试验的浊度去除率。试验结果表明:随着原水颗粒质量分数从0.03%增大到0.08%,滤除比率呈递减趋势;浊质滤除比率与过滤速度成反比,与滤料层厚度成正比;滤料层厚度增加,滤除比率增大,且其对过滤效果的影响程度最大。
Through filtration experiment of quartz-sand filters used in micro irrigation with presupposed conditions of three filter layer depths, three raw water particle mass fractions and four levels of filtering rate, the changing process of filtered water turbidity with time and is measured the filter ratio of turbidity is analyzed. The results are obtained as follows: the turbidity ratio decreases pro- gressively while raw water mass fraction grows from 0.03% to 0.08%; it varies inversely to filtering rate while proportional to filter layer depths. The turbidity ratio becomes bigger when the filter layer depth increases, which is of the most importance among the a bove three factors.
