摘要 针对大直径管道切割对开式钻铣机研制与开发时产生冗余和共振现象,预先对其重要部件进行有限元分析,可为设计提供参考。运用三维Pro/E软件建立了对开式钻铣机的几何模型,利用ANSYS软件对其有限元模型进行静态和模态分析,得到模态频率、主振型、变形和强度等分析结果。模态分析结果表明,钻铣机的结构设计是合理的,静态分析的结果可以为产品的结构优化设计提供参考依据。 According to redundancy and resonance phenomenon occuring during the operation of divided mil ing machine,this paper does the finite element analysis of important components and provides the relevant reference for the design. Firstly, the geometric model of the complete machine is established by use of 3D software Pro/E. Then,ANSYS software is used to analyze the static and modal finite element model and the analytical results of the modal frequency,principal mode,displacement and intensity of the static bracket were obtained. The results indicate that its structure design is reasonable. The reference parameters are provided for optimal structure design of products.
