摘要
薄壁零件刚性差、强度弱,在切削加工中极易变形,影响着零件的加工精度,一直是金属切削加工中的棘手问题。通过对零件的装夹,切削用量的选择、刀具的几何角度及切削液应用等方面的分拆和探讨,为提高薄壁零件的加工精度,提出了一些建议,可供实际应用时参考。
In machining, thin-wal ed parts are weak in rigidity and intensity,and easy of deformation which effect working precision and cause problems of metal machining. After discussing and analysing clamping parts,amount of usage,tool geometry angles and application of cutting fluid,this paper gives out several methods which are taken as a reference in the actual opplication.
