摘要
低碳微合金强化的贝氏体钢具备较高的强韧性及优良的低温韧性。通过对试验用钢的焊接工艺研究,分析了三种线能量条件下焊接接头焊缝、热影响区的组织与性能。结果表明,在线能量达到28.8 kJ/cm焊接条件下,这种700 MPa级别的钢材能够获得组织均匀、力学性能满足要求的焊接接头。
Low carbon bainitic steel is provided with high strength and excellent low temperature toughness. According to the welding procedure qualification tests,the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welding joints under three heat input conditions are analyzed . The results show that the steel is provided with homogeneous microstructure and high mechanical properties when the heat input reaches up to 28.8kJ/cm.
