摘要
对某型挖掘机的行驶换挡操作过程进行了研究。为便于自动控制或远程遥控换档,设计了一种换挡操纵机构,由电动机驱动曲柄滑块复合机构的运动来实现换挡操作,把电机的回转运动转换为换挡的空间动作。通过Pro/E进行了机构的建模和仿真,对操纵机构的性能进行了分析,验证了其可行性。
Based on the study of the excavator shift hand shank,this paper designs a automatic and remote control handle mechanism. The slide-crank composition mechanism is driven by a motor to achieve the shift operation. It transforms the motor rofation into the shift movement. The mechanism model is built based on Pro/E. The feasibility is verified through the analysis of its characteristies.
