摘要
通过对圆盘剪的工作原理和剪切机理的研究,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA来对圆盘剪剪切铝带三维模型进行有限元分析,并采用显示动力学模块对剪切过程进行了有限元分析.分析了铝带剪切断裂的过程,得到了铝带剪切过程中的应力、应变随时间的变化,断裂区上特定单元的应力、应变变化。仿真研究了工艺参数如重叠量、侧向间隙、带料厚度、剪切速度等对铝带剪切品质的影响,进行分析和研究,提高了剪切品质。
Through the study of the working principle of the circular shears and shear mechanism, this paper makes the finite element analysis by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA,creates the disc shear aluminum finite element model,uses the explicit dynamic module to make the finite element analysis of shearing process, analyzes the aluminum shear fracture process, knows its stress in the process and change on the strain,the unit stress and strain changes in the fracture zones . It also simulates it and researches on the effects of the process parameters such as the amount of overlap,side gap,strip thickness and shear speed on the aluminum strip shearing quality. These problems are analyzed and studied to improve the shearing quality.
