摘要
应力分析在化工管道自身和与其相连的机器、设备以及土建结构等安全方面发挥了重要的作用。CAESARⅡ是一款常用的应力分析软件,被广泛地应用在石化、电力、钢铁等行业。介绍了管道应力分析的主要内容,利用CAESARⅡ软件对轻石脑油异构化装置中塔底再沸器入口连接管道进行了应力分析。对比不同设计方案的管道应力和塔底出口、再沸器入口受力情况,优化了管道的柔性,获得了较好的塔底再沸器入口管道的配管设计。
Stress analysis plays an important part in the safety connection of the chemical pipe with the machine,equipment and civil structure. CAESARⅡ,one of stress analysis softwares has obvious advantage and widely used in the petrochemicals, power, steel industry and so on. This paper mainly introduces the pipe stress analysis. At the same time,CAESARⅡ is used to analyze the inlet pipe of the bottom reboiler of light naphtha isomerization. Then the pipe flexibility is optimized through comparing pipe stress and the stress distribution of tower and reboiler inlet of different pipe design projects to fulfil its optimal design.
