摘要
阐述了目前地铁售票机中常用的票箱升降机构——滚珠丝杠机构,分析其优缺点。针对滚珠丝杠机构存在的问题,设计了一种新型的采用弹簧拉力来控制票箱升降的机构。从设计思想,设计的关键技术方法出发,介绍了弹簧材料的选择,所要承受的工作载荷和变形。
This paper describes a bal ot lifting mechanism which is commonly used in the subway ticket machines-bal screw mechanism, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. For the problems existing in the bal screw mechanism, it designs a new bal ot lifting mechanism, which is control ed by spring. From the design thought and the key technologies,it also describes the selection of spring material, the bearing work load and the deformation.
