摘要
我国高职院校职称评审制度经过多年发展,在现实操作过程时有不公平现象等实际问题的存在,造成了职称评审制度的公平缺失,结合基于动机的公平理论,通过提出规范评审的规则与程序、加强评审专家组的建设、健立全息化监督机制等措施,论述如何以公平原则为中心,构建公平的高职院校职称评审制度。
The title evaluation system has its unfairness and other problems in practice after many years of development .From the principles of fairness ,this paper argues that we should standardize the rules and procedures , strengthen the experts group and supervision ,so as to create a system centered on fairness .
