高职院校在开展创业教育过程中存在重精英轻大众、重理论轻实践、重专职轻兼职和重政策轻实施的现象,制约了高职创业教育的发展。创业教育应融合专业教育,构建创业实践体系,坚持师资队伍"引进来,走出去"和落实政府相关政策来促进大学生创业。

The pioneering education in higher vocational colleges has some problems such as elite - oriented , more theory and less practice ,more professional and less part - time ,which restricted the pioneering education .Pioneer education should combine professional education and create a practical system .With the in - flow and out - flow of teaching staff and put the policy into practice to promote business setting up of college students .
