摘要
从满足行业发展需求出发,明确本行业对从业人员的能力要求,以此确定建筑工程施工专业的培养目标。论文对我国职业教育课程体系改革进行分析,在此基础上构建了以"人本个性和职业发展"为导向的建筑工程施工专业课程体系。
We should make the objectives of architectural engineering major from the needs and the staff skill requirements of the field .From the analysis of the curriculum system reform ,we should set up a personal and career development oriented course system .
