高职院校培养的人才除应具备专业基础理论知识和专门的技能外,还应具备以人文素质为支撑的其他因素。什么是人文素养应该是现在高职大学生必须思考的内容,然而现在高职大学生的人文素养普遍缺乏。"先成人,然后才能成才",只有通过四个基本要素来提高大学生的人文素养,而只有提高了人文素养的毕业生才能成为一名合格的"人才"、一个"和谐"的人。
