高职院校班级建设现状与对策研究

On the Class Affairs Management in HVC

高职院校班级建设面临精神风貌不佳、治学态度不严、管理机制不全、人际关系不和等问题。班级建设应紧扣高职院校人才培养目标,从制度建设、校风建设、体制建设、思想建设、队伍建设、内容建设与形式建设等六个方面制定对策。

Problems faced with higher vocational colleges include ：low mental outlook ,inexact learning attitude ,inaccurate managing mechanism ,unharmonious interpersonal relationship ,etc .Higher vocational class construction should be in accordance with its talent cultivation goals and aimed at solving the above problems in the following six aspects ：rule regulation ,class spirits exploration ,thoughts reflection ,team building ,content and form construction .
