摘要
针对单反相机机身在实际生产中废品率过高的问题,创建了单反相机机身的三维实体模型和模流分析模型,以熔体流动前沿温度、平均体积收缩率和翘曲变形为质量指标,利用正交试验和多目标综合平衡法分析研究得出该产品的最佳成型工艺参数组合。分析结果表明,CAD/CAE软件和正交实验法是提高复杂薄壁注塑件产品合格率的有力武器。
In view of the high rejection rate of the SLR camera shell in the process of production ,a three - dimensional entity model and moldflow analysis model are created ,Then through selecting the melt flow front temperature ,volumetric shrinkage and warpage as the main quality indexes ,the optimum injection molding parameters combination was obtained by using orthogonal experiment and multi - objective integral balance method .The analysis results showed that the CAD /CAE software and the orthogonal experiment method are both powerful weapons to improve the acceptability rate of the complex thin - walled injection molding products .
