摘要
为确定沥青混合料最佳沥青用量,采用了马歇尔试验方法进行研究,提出了最佳沥青用量的确定方法,并针对3种不同级配类型情况下的沥青混合料,进行了标准马歇尔试验和浸水马歇尔试验的研究,分析了沥青混合料表现的不同特性。结果表明:在不同级配的沥青混合料条件下,得出的最佳沥青用量值并不相同,从而导致沥青混合料稳定度、流值、沥青饱和度以及残留稳定度等马歇尔技术指标特性有所差异;标准级配下的最佳沥青用量,使得沥青混合料特性表现最佳。
In order to determine the optimum asphalt content in asphalt mixture, Marshall Test was adopted to conduct the study which put forward a method to determine the optimum asphalt content and, in relation to three grading types for the mixture, carried out Standard and Immersion Marshall Tests. Then depending on the test results, the different characteristics performed by the mixture were analyzed. The study result shows that, under different gradations, the values of optimum asphalt content obtained are not the same, causing the Marshall Technical Indicators, such as stability, flow value, asphalt saturation and residual stability, present different characteristics; and the results have proved that the optimum asphalt content under standard grading will have optimal performance.
