摘要
在膨胀土地基基础底面以下一定深度范围内,用水泥改性膨胀土进行换填,其抗渗性能、力学性能指标得到了大幅提高,改性后的膨胀土已基本不具备膨胀性能。工程实践证明:采用此种方法处理地基的建筑物建成运营10年后,效果良好;采用水泥改性膨胀土地基,不仅基本消除地基土的胀缩性能,而且具有较好的隔水效果,阻止地基土中水分的蒸发和雨水的渗入。
Within certain depth below bottom of expansive SOlI IOUIltlauull, 1~[, cement modified expansive soil, leading to greatly improved anti-permeability and mechanical performance, and the modified expansive soil then has little swelling capacity. The engineering practice has demonstrated that the structure with its foundation treated by this method is still in good conditions even put into service 10 years after the construction; the cement modified expansive soil foundation not only eliminates swelling- shrinkage properties of foundation soil substantially, but also performs well in waterproof, preventing both water in foundation soil from evaporation and rainwater from infiltration.
