摘要
为了研究复合切口高卸荷槽对冷却塔倒塌触地振动的影响,运用动力学原理,采用ANSYS整体式建立冷却塔复合切口高卸荷槽和常规切口两种有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA对两种有限元模型进行数值求解,得到了冷却塔爆破拆除动态倒塌过程和地面质点塌落振动规律。结果分析表明:复合切口高卸荷槽能够有效减小塌落振动、改变冷却塔倒塌状态和缩短倒塌时间。数值模拟结果与实测结果相吻合。
In order to study the influence of composite incision high unloading slot to cooling tower collapse touchdown vibration, two different finite element models of the cooling tower were built by use of dynamic theory and ANSYS. The dynamic collapse process and ground nodal slump vibration discipline of cooling tower in blasting demolition were got by use of the LS-DYNA numerical calculation of two finite element models. The results showed that the composite incision unloading slot could reduce slump vibration, change the state of tower collapse and decrease the collapse time. The numerical results matched with the actual results.
