The Local Judicial Institution of Criminal Cases in Qing Dynasty

清代司法审判制度具有多民族色彩。其中,地方审判机构除了传统的县、府、道、院等法律明确规定的等级外,八旗衙门、理藩院、内务府、步军统领衙门、军机处等衙门均有部分司法审判权。这些机构共同构成了清王朝地方司法审判的主体,发挥着重要的司法效能。

In Qing Dynasty,the judicial system has some multi-ethnic feature. In the local judicial institutions,there were traditional judicial departments,such as county,city,province and ministry. Besides them, there were also other judicial bodies, like Baqi yamen, Li-fanyuan, Neiwufu, Bujuntongling yamen, Junjichu, etc. These institutions jointly formed the main body of the Qing Dynasty local judicial trial, which played an important judicial role.
