摘要
本文对4G引入后的空闲态重选、数据业务互操作方案进行了分析和研究。提出了面向4G商用网络的3G/4G互操作测量制定原则和相关建议。
This paper investigates the inter-RAT mobility management solution for 4G, such as cell reselection, RRC connection release with redirection. It also proposes a 4G commercial network suitable principles of 3G/4G mobility management and some suggestions about related parameters configuration.
