Study on Input-output and Value-Chain Based Business Operation Monitoring Application for Power Grid Enterprise

本文依据投入产出理论及价值链理论,根据电网企业运营特点,设计符合电网企业实际的运营监测应用,包括"运营投入监测、流程运行监测、绩效产出监测、异常波动监测"四大环节,并对每一环节设计出具体的监测对象和监测方法。本文对电网企业整体运营进行了深入的分析,通过科学划分企业运营环节,对企业整体运营提供了清晰的监测思路,对电网企业运营监测工作的开展有重要的指导意义。

Based on the input-output analysis and Michael Porter＇s Value Chain Model,a business operation monitoring is applied according to the characteristics of power grid.The monitoring operation includes four sections of Operational Input Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring,Business Performance Monitoring and Abnormal Fluctuations Monitoring.Each section is composed of specific objects and monitoring methods.This paper gives analysis on the whole business operation ,classifies business operations by scientific criteria and provides clear monitoring methodology for the guide to the whole power industry.
