摘要
新员工集中培训是国网公司强企战略工作的重要组成部分,对于新员工来说是一项入门级的必修课。如何在有限的时间内,以实际演练为主要形式,以提高学员动手能力为培训目标,达到回去就能上岗的培训目的,培训工作理念和方法至关重要。为此,我们教学团队充分运用全面质量管理理论,不断总结并创新了培训工作方式方法,抓住了新员工的求知兴趣点,引导了新员工的快乐兴奋点,促进了新员工技能水平以及综合素质的全面提升。
Training,as a subjective course of entry-level for new employees,is an important section tor 3tate Grid of China to adopt thriving enterprise strategy.The training concept and methods for new employees have become key factors in given time to practice in form, enhance skill as a goal,and be back to work for the job. As all above,we teaching team adopt TQC theory,to summarize and create new methods in training,grasp interesting point and lead them to new excitement foe the improvement of their comprehensive skills as a whole.
