摘要
利用12株灵芝菌种和11个培养基配方,进行了液体摇瓶发酵试验,结果表明:不同灵芝菌种和培养基的多糖含量和菌体干重存在一定的差异。优选出可供生产的组合为菌株LZ-18和培养基K,多糖含量为8.51%,菌体干重为23.8g/L。进一步进行该菌种和培养基的500L发酵罐的中试培养试验,表明仅培养56h,多糖含量达到最高6.23%,此时的菌体干重为25.0g/L。
The different effect of intracellular polysaccharide (IPS) content and dry cell weight (DCW) was investigated by flask cultivation with 12 Ganoderma Lucidum strains and 11 cultural mediums. When Strain LZ-18 with fermentation medium K were chosen as preferred results, IPS content of 8.51% and DCW of 23.8g/L were obtained. Subsequently, expanding culture in a 500-1 fermentor was performed under the preferred results, the highest IPS content (6.23%) and DCW (25.0g/L) were obtained at only 56h.
