摘要
在食品安全卫生的测试中,评估3M PetrifilmTM金黄色葡萄球菌测试片的准确性和适用性。同时使用室内技术参数验证和协同测试两种方式进行评估。用3M PetrifilmTM金黄色葡萄球菌测试片方法与参考方法测试5类15种具有代表性的食品,评估测试片方法的线性和准确度;同时评估测试片的包容性、排他性以及耐变性和批间变异。3M PetrifilmTM金黄色葡萄球菌测试片方法和国家标准方法,在测试结果和耐变性以及批间变异的检测之间未发现显著差异,实验室间的协同实验也未发现显著差异,该测试纸片完全能够满足食品检测的要求。
To assess the accuracy and applicability of 3M PetrifilmTM Staphylococcus aureus count plate method in the food testing. Use internal technical parameters validation and synergy testing for evaluation. 5 different categories 15 species representative foods were tested by 3M PetrifilmTM Staphylococcus aureus count plate method and the reference method simultaneously, to assess linearity and accuracy of the Staphylococcus aureus count plate method; meanwhile, to assess inclusiveness, exclusiveness, robustness and between-run assays variation of the Staphylococcus aureus count plate method. There is no significant differences between Staphylococcus aureus count plate method and national standard method, no significant difference in robustness and between-run assays of the Staphylococcus aureus count method, it can be met the requirements of the food samples testing.
