摘要 建立一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱荧光法同时测定辣椒粉中罗丹明123、罗丹明B、罗丹明6G的分析方法。试样经甲醇水溶液提取,固相萃取小柱净化、浓缩,以乙腈-乙酸铵溶液为流动相,荧光检测器可变波长检测,外标法定量。3种罗丹明色素在1.0-100.0μg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%,回收率在80.3-100.5%之间。该方法灵敏度高,精密度和重现性好,可操作性强,具有较高的实际应用价值。 To establish a solid phase extraction by high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence determi- nation of rhodamine 123 and rhodamine B and rhodamine 6G in chili powder at the same time. Samples extracted by methanol aqueous solution, purification, concentration, solid phase extraction small column with acetonitrileammonium acetate solution as mobile phase, the fluorescence detector variable wavelength detection, external standard method. Three kinds of rhodamine pigment in 1.0-100.0p.g.L-l scope inside sex is good, the correlation coef- ficient were greater than 0.999, the relative standard deviation less than 5.0%, recovery is between 80.3%-100.5%. The method is of high sensitivity, good preeision and reproducibility, the maneuverability is strong, has higher application value.
