土地资源可持续发展问题探讨——以茂名滨海新区为例

Discussion on the Sustainable Development of Land Resources in Binhai New Area of Maoming

滨海新区是目前茂名发展潜力较大的地区,其土地利用的科学研究显得更为急迫。根据2006—2012年来茂名市茂港区的土地详查数据,参考茂名市茂港区的土地利用自然条件和社会经济发展条件,对各种地类的利用现状情况做出统计分析,总结出该区的土地利用在可持续发展方面面临的主要问题,以期为新区产业发展提供相应的土地可持续利用对策。

Binhai New Area has great potential for development in Maoming ,it’s urgent to do some scientific research into its land use .According to the land survey of Maoming from the year 2006 to 2012 and social economy development condition of land use in Maogang ,the paper makes statistical analysis of the status of various land types ,and summarizes the main problems .In the end It puts forward Countermeasures for sustainable land use .
