摘要
数字保存的经济价值计量是对其进行经济评价的主要内容。文章设计用户(数字资源提交者)的抽样调查结果的加权系数计量模型,给出数字保存项目成本的计算方法,探讨数字保存经济价值的四种表现形式:保存价值、用户收益与净经济价值、效率影响、保存特藏收益,并对每种表现形式结合ESDS进行计量。
The economic value preservation project. This paper of digital preservation is the main content in economic evaluation on digital discusses the following three topics： （1） the calculation model of weighting coefficient for related sampling survey; （2） the costing method of digital preservation project; （3） the four types of economic value of digital preservation, namely preservation value, user income and economic net worth, efficiency impact and income from preserving special collections; then it calculates each value with ESDS.
