摘要 在我国开展全民阅读背景下,以西安图书馆的实践探索为例,探讨如何建立与完善公共图书馆学前儿童阅读推广模式。研究发现:构建合适的阅读推广模式是学前儿童阅读推广面临的关键问题;与相关合作伙伴的互利谈判是构建宏观模式的最大难点;公共图书馆学前儿童阅读推广应争取法律保障,扩大宣传深化合作,发挥家庭推动作用,加强阅读推广人队伍建设,尽快建设阅读推广案例开放存取资源库,逐步建立起长效化和常态化的学前儿童阅读推广体制与机制。 In the context of nationwide reading activities, this paper taking the practices of Xi'an library as a case discusses how to plan and improve public library's reading promotion for pre-school children. The study finds that the mode of reading promotion is the key issue for preschool children reading activities; mutually beneficial negotiations with relevant partners are the most difficult for building macro promotion mode. Public library should seek legal protection for its pre-school children reading promotion, extend its publicity and deepen cooperation, realize family's role in promoting children's reading, strengthen reading promotion staff, construct the open access repository of reading promotion cases as soon as possible, and gradually establish a long-term and normal system and mechanism for pre-school children reading promotion.
