碧江区森林资源可持续经营模式探索

Exploration on Sustainable Business Model of the Forest Resources in Bijiang Area

结合碧江区目前的经济社会发展态势,以构建稳定森林生态系统、增强生态系统功能、实现森林可持续经营为宗旨,增加森林资源总量,提高森林资源质量,优化森林资源结构为主线,积极探索长远利益和近期利益相结合、生态保护和林农致富相结合的森林资源培育保护、林业产业健康发展等森林可持续经营模式。并按照代表性和典型性原则,逐步建立一批森林资源可持续经营管理示范林场、示范村、示范户,并通过不断总结和典型推广,真正发挥其"看得见、摸得着、学得到、能推广"的带动作用。

Combining with the current trend of economic and social development of Bijiang area,in order tobuild a stable forest ecosystems, and enhance ecosystem function, and achieve sustainable forest manage- ment for the purpose, to increase the total amount of forest resources and improve the quality of forest re- sources, to optimize the structure of forest resources for the main line, actively explore sustainable forest management model of the combine with the long-term interests and short-term interests, protection of forest resources combining with ecological protection and forest farmers getting rich, combination of protection ,for- estry industry healthy development and so on. And in accordance with the principles of representative and typical, establishing gradually a number of sustainable management of forest resources management demonstration forest, model village, demonstration households, and by summing up and typical promotion, playing its the leading role of ＂visible,tangible,easy to learn,can be extended＂.
