摘要
阐述了模具企业在外协加工下模具项目的调度方法。在传统生产调度方法上建立了以总成本期望值最小为优化目标的调度优化模型,设计该模型的遗传算法并进行了寻优求解,通过计算实例验证了算法的可行性和有效性,表明将外协资源考虑到生产调度中可有效减少项目群总拖期量及总成本。根据算法设计开发了一套模具项目计划制定系统,为企业实际项目制定提供决策支持。
The scheduling method of die & mould project containing outsourcing in die & mould enterprises was stated. At first an optimization model taking the minimum total cost expectation value as the optimization goal was established based on traditional production scheduling method. The genetic algorithm of the model was designed, and the optimization solution was conducted. The feasibility and availability of the algorithm was proved by the calculating example. The effectiveness of outsourcing in decreasing tardiness and saving cost was revealed simultaneously. A project plan development system was designed and developed to heh) enterorise build proiect plan.
