The cause of injection stria on the surface of a mobile phone shell in the injection moulding process and the solutions were presented. The flow and filling conditions ofdifferent types of material, combined with actual production and customer requirements, were analyzed by Moldflow. The injection stria problem was finally resolved by replacing PC material with PC ＆ ABS.
