MTA、氢氧化钙糊剂在成年根尖孔未闭中的临床疗效对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨MTA在成年人根尖孔未闭形成根尖屏障的可行性。方法选取因畸形中央尖磨耗穿髓导致牙髓炎或根尖周炎的上下颌一、二前磨牙28颗,随机分为两组,拍摄术前X线片,术中在显微镜下采用逐步深入法(机)预备根管,用EDTA、3%过氧化氢及0.9%生理盐水反复荡洗根管。一组以MTA糊剂充填根尖1/3,待硬固后,根上段用热压胶垂直加压充填;另一组则以氢氧化钙糊剂垂直加压根充,窝洞以玻璃离子充填。术后3、6个月复查。数据采用卡方检验。结果两组材料形成根管屏障效果,术后3、6个月均有显著性差异。结论 MTA作为一种新型材料,具有抗菌、抗压及防止微渗漏等性能,对根尖屏障的形成有促进作用,且操作简单,可作为根尖屏障的首选药物。对于牙根未完成发育而发生牙髓感染的年轻恒牙,最好的治疗方法是根尖诱导成形术。然而,一旦患者未能及时就诊,使治疗开始于牙根已无法继续发育之后,形成根尖屏障则成为治疗成功的关键。
