松桃油膏配合聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的疗效

Effect of focused ultrasound therapy combined with colophony powder- peach glue ointment on white lesion of vulva

目的：探讨聚焦超声联合松桃油膏治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法选择107例外阴白斑患者，采用聚焦超声连续匀速直线扫描，治疗组采用局部涂抹松桃油膏，对照组采用间歇性外阴冷敷。比较两组的总有效率和治愈率。结果聚焦超声治疗后3 d，治疗组治愈率为20.00%，总有效率均为96.36%，对照组分别为23.08%和98.08%，差异无统计学意义；聚焦超声治疗后7 d，治疗组与对照组的总有效率为98.18%和98.08%，差异无统计学意义性；而治疗组治愈率（49.09%）明显高于对照组（28.85%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.59，P=0.03）。结论聚焦超声联合松桃油膏外用治疗外阴白色病变，能够保护创面、消肿，止痛疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound therapy com-bined with local daub of colophony powder-peach glue ointment on white lesion of vulva. Methods One hundred and seven patients with white lesions of vulva underwent focused ultrasound therapy were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were smeared with col-ophony powder-peach glue ointment,and patients in control group were treated with a cold compress on skin in therapy area intermittently. The total effective rate and cure rate was compared between the two groups. Results After focused ultrasound therapy for 3 days,the cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group was 20. 00% and 96. 36%,that in the control group was 23. 08% and 98. 08%,there were no significant differences between the two groups;After focused ultrasound therapy for 7 days,al-though the total effective rate had no significant difference between the two groups（ 98. 18% vs 98. 08%）,the cure rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ 49. 09% vs 28. 85%）,there was significant difference（χ2 =4. 59 ,P =0. 03 ）. Conclusions Focused ultrasound therapy combined with local daub of colophony powder-peach glue ointment in the treatment of white le-sion of vulva can protect the wound surface,ease the swelling and has good effect on relieving pain.
