初级创伤救治模式在多发伤急救中的应用

Application of primary trauma care model in severe multiple trauma emergency

目的：探讨初级创伤救治模式在院前和院内多发伤急救中的应用。方法2012年9月至2013年9月滨州医学院附属医院院前急救和院内急救接诊处理的严重多发伤患者109例，按照初级创伤救治（ PTC）的模式进行救治。结果109例严重多发伤患者中院前死亡6例，院前急救成功率为94.5%，继续接受院内救治的103例患者中死亡7例，院内抢救成功率为88.1%。结论初级创伤救治的模式严重多发伤患者抢救成功的有效保障。

Objective To investigate the application of the primary trauma care model in res-cued patients with severe multiple trauma in pre-hospital and hospital emergency. Methods The clini-cal data of 109 patients with severe multiple trauma admitted to pre-hospital first aid and hospital e-mergency in our hospital from september 2012 to september 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients treated according to primary trauma care（ primary trauma care,PTC）model. Results One hundred nine cases with severe multiple trauma received rescue,6 cases died in pre-hospital treat-ment,with the rescue success rate of 94. 5%. One hundred and three patients received treatment in hospital continually,7 patients were died in the process,with the rescue success rate of 88. 1%. Conclusions Adopting primary trauma care model is effective guarantee for the successful rescue of patients with severe multiple trauma.
