一种基于多分离度双模糊反馈的制浆智能控制方法

摘要 制浆的好坏对于最终造纸质量有巨大影响,提出一种基于多分离度双模糊反馈控制的制浆智能控制方法,通过对pH、浓度、透光度、漂白率、吸水率等多个参数进行分离,然后进行基于多分离度的反馈控制,采用参数模糊化和反馈模糊化的双模糊反馈控制方法,实现对于制浆的精确智能控制,实验结果表明,采用基于多分离度的双模糊控制方法,高质量制浆率达到了98%,并且反馈控制算法稳定,具有很好的应用价值。 The quality of pulp had a huge impact on the quality of the paper, an intelligent pulping control method based on multi-separation and double fuzzy feedback was proposed, the multiple parameters of PH, concentration, transmittance, bleach, water absorption, and separation were monitored, and then based on the feedback control method, the multiple de-grees of separation and feedback method were achieved, the dual feedback control methods was taken out to achieve intelli-gent control for accurate control, the experimental results show that with multi-separation and double fuzzy feedback meth-od, the pulp yield increased by 98 percent, and feedback control algorithm is stable, it has a good application value.
