水晶瓷在楔状缺损充填中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Hculpt-It Filled in Wedge-Shaped Defect

目的 :通过观察比较广州产光固化复合树脂和美国产水晶瓷两种材料的充填效果 ,探讨水晶瓷的应用前景。方法 :1 0 4例患者共 2 32颗楔状缺损患牙 ,每个患者随机选一侧患牙采用水晶瓷充填 ,另一侧采用广州产光固化复合树脂充填 ,追踪观察 3年 ,比较疗效。结果 :采用水晶瓷修复 1 1 8颗牙 ,成功 1 1 2颗 ,成功率 94.92 % ;采用广州产光固化复合树脂修复 1 1 4颗牙 ,成功 72颗 ,成功率 63.1 6% ,χ2 =34.1 5,P<0 .0 1。结论 :水晶瓷充填楔状缺损中、远期效果显著优于广州产复合树脂 ,是一种较理想的楔状缺损高档修复材料 ,但是两者均应注意护髓问题 ,尤其是后者。

Objective:To study the application of Hculpt It by comparing the repair effect between Hculpt It producted by U.S.A and composite resin producted by Guangzhou,China.Methods:232 teeth of 104 patients were chosen randomly,one side teeth were repaired by Hculpt It and the another side teeth were repaired by composite resin.The curative effectsbetween the two materials were observed and compared for three years.Results:In the 118 teeth repaired by Hculpt It,112 were succeed (94.92%),In the 114 teeth repaired by composite resin,72 were succeed (63 16%).The difference between them was significant (χ 2=34.15, P <0.01).Conclusion:For the repair of the wedge shaped defect,Hculpt It is far better than that of composite resin.Hculpt It is a good material for repair of wedge shaped defect,but we must pay attention to protect the pulps both materials,especially the composite resin.
