摘要 小水电已成为我国农村经济社会发展的重要基础设施、山区生态建设和环境保护的重要手段,而提高电站自动化水平是目前小水电站改造的重点之一。先介绍了一种集小水电发电机组调速、励磁及控制保护于一体的单模块控制设计,用模糊-PID与ex-1函数控制模型改进励磁调速控制模型,减少CPU计算量,改善调节性能。然后,提出了用故障树方法分析处理电站事故故障,有利于有效提高故障排除速度。最后,采用了改进的普通液压阀替代电液转换器的方法,从而降低调速器成本。 Small hydropower has become an important means of critical infrastructure of rural economic and social development, ecological construction and environmental protection in the mountain areas, while to improve the level of automation is one of the most important parts for the current transformation of small hydropower stations. This paper first introduces a set of hydro generators’ governing, excitation and control protection, integrated in one single module control design, which improves the excitation governing control model, reduces the amount of CPU computing, and betters regulation performance, with fuzzy-PID and exfunction control model. Then, a Fault Tree Analysis has been presented to deal with incidents fault and troubleshooting of power plants efficiently and quickly. After that, the paper provides a way to reduce governor costs by replacing electro-hydraulic converter with improved common hydraulic valves.
