摘要
对OCV阀的结构和基本原理进行分析,建立了OCV阀的数学模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink软件进行了仿真研究,分析了ECU发送的占空比调节信号对阀芯位置的影响.通过OCV阀系统的仿真研究,为OCV阀的设计制造提供了一种理论依据.
Through analysis of the structure and basic principle,oil control valve (OCV) mathematical model was set up. The influence of different duty ratio signal to the core position was discussed by using the Matlab/Simulink code with strong capability of engineering analysis. Simulating study of OCV,it provides a reliable theoretical basis to the mechanical design.
