Based on enactment orientation, the implementation process of higher vocational English curriculum is the process of skills-oriented English curriculum design and implementation, is the value comparison process of the predetermined curriculum and the generative curriculum, and is the process of creating new education experience through the cooperation between teachers and stu- dents. Through deep analysis of the connotation of enactment orientation of higher vocational English curriculum implementation process, its significant characteristics and operating structure, the concrete implementing approaches are put forward to improve teaching quality effectively.
