建立一个科学的职业能力评价体系对高职教育教学实施具有导向、激励和评价功能,全面、科学和公正的评价体系对实现教学目标具有至关重要的作用。通过分析国内外职业能力评价体系的现状,并从商务英语专业的职业岗位能力要求出发,对基于职业特定能力、行业通用能力和职业核心能力的高职商务英语专业职业能力评价体系构建进行了有效探索。

To establish a scientific evaluation system for the occupation ability has the function of guidance, motivation and evaluation for higher vocational education and teaching. Comprehensive, scientific and fair evaluation system plays an important role in realizing the teaching goal. Through the analysis of the present situation of occupation ability evaluation system at home and abroad, and from the demand of occupational post ability of business English specialty, the paper explores effectively the construction of occupation ability evaluation system of higher vocational business English specialty based on occupation specific capacity, general ability and the core competence.
