摘要
常州夹江管线桥的施工过程中,为加快施工进度,减少大型船机占用时间,开发出钢吊箱旋转挂架装置。该装置为旋转绞接结构,在钢吊箱吊装前预先焊接在墩台桩的钢护筒上,吊箱安装过程中待吊箱底部完全套入桩头后将旋转挂架向外翻开,将吊杆挂在挂架上来承受钢吊箱及封底混凝土的重量。使用该装置,可节省费用,简化施工程序,使施工过程更加安全,高效,在深水桥墩钢吊箱施工中极具推广价值。
During the construction of Changzhou branching channel pipeline bridge project, in order to accelerate the construc tion speed, reduce the time of large barge equipment, we developed the rotating hanger device of steel hanging box. This device is the rotating wringing structure, which is welded on the abutment piles of steel casing before lifting the steel hanging box. Dur ing installation of steel hanging box, the rotating hanger will be turned over outside after the bottom of steel box completely cov ers the pile head, then hang the boom to bear the weight of steel box and sealing bottom concrete. This device can save cost, simplify the process of construction, and make the process more secure and efficient, which has a promotional value for steel hanging box construction in deep water.
