摘要
为解决现有大型沉箱出运存在的问题,研发了液压顶升电动台车驮运大型沉箱施工工艺,电动台车内置电动机驱动和液压顶升系统。实际工程中已经成功应用电动台车驮运28件4 585 t大型沉箱,该工艺机械化水平高,安全可靠,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
The construction technology of hydraulic push lifting and motor driven bogie had been developed to solve the prob lems in shipping technology of large caisson. This motor driven bogie built in motor driven and hydraulic lifting system and had successful been applied to ship 28 pieces of 4 585 t large caisson. The construction technology is high level of mechanization, safe and reliable,and had broad application prospects.
