摘要
6S管理模式从最简单的原则和最容易改变的细节入手,由浅入深,最大限度地提升企业管理的效益空间。文章通过港珠澳大桥建设过程中对6S管理理念的引入,阐述了在实际应用中的经验和取得的效果。推行实施后,改善施工环境,提高施工效率,提升企业形象,值得在工程建设中更加广泛地推广运用。
From the simplest principles and the details of easiest to change, from the shallower to the deeper, 6S management model maximized the benefits of the enterprise management, which was introduced in the construction the Hongkong Zhuhai Macao Bridge. This paper expounds the experiences and effects of the practical application. After the implementation of this mode, it will improve the construction environment, improve the efficiency of construction, promote the enterprise image, and will be more widely used in future construction projects.
