摘要 提出一种间歇式染色工艺与设备集中管理和分散控制的集散控制方案。该集散控制系统由生产管理层、过程控制层和现场执行层组成,其中生产管理层对染色工艺与设备集中管理和监控,过程控制层由分布在各个生产工位的染色机控制器组成,实现对各台染色机的控制,现场执行层由染色现场的智能传感器、智能执行器等模块组成,实现对染色现场数据的获取和染色工艺参数的控制。生产管理层与过程控制层采用以太网通讯,过程控制层与现场执行层之间的通讯采用基于MODBUS协议的RS485总线。文章以温度控制为例,介绍间歇式染色机实现集散控制的技术和方法。应用测试表明,该系统在控制功能和网络通信方面具有良好的性能,是染色企业对间歇式染色生产进行信息化管理和实时控制的有效方法,可提高间歇式染色的生产效率和质量。 This paper puts forward a batch-type dyeing process and distributed control scheme for centralized management control and decentralized control. The distributed control system consists of production management level, process control level and field execution level. Production management level intensively manages and monitors dyeing process and equipment. Process control level consists of dyeing machine controllers distributed in each production station and aims to achieve control of each dyeing machine. Field execution level consists of intelligent sensors and intelligent actuators in the dyeing field and aims to acquire real-time data and control dyeing process parameters. Production management level and process control level adopt Ethernet for communication. Process control level and field execution level adopt RS485 bus based on MODBUS protocol for communication. This paper takes temperature control for example to introduce the techniques and method of batch dyeing machine to realize distributed control. The results of application test show that the system reflects good performance in control and network communication. It is an effective method for dyeing enterprises to carry out information management and real-time control of batch-type dyeing production and can boost production efficiency and quality of batch-type dyeing.
