伤寒沙门氏菌致椎间隙椎体感染一例
摘要
患者 男性，21岁，因腰痛伴间断发热2月，双下肢疼痛1周于2013年10月14日入院。
病史2个月前摔伤，9d后出现腰部剧烈疼痛，床上翻身、站立、行走困难，伴寒战、发热T40．5℃，无双下肢痛，二便正常。就诊当地医院经腰椎核磁检查提示L3／4椎间隙信号异常，静点“抗生素及对症”（具体用药及剂量不详）治疗3日后发热好转，下床活动后仍腰痛。此后发热、腰痛反复发作，T最高39℃，均于当地诊所间断静点“抗生素”治疗，热退停药，口服止疼药后腰痛症状可缓解。
