小型防暴火箭弹发动机推进剂配方研究

摘要 为实现在固定射程范围内发射非致命防暴弹,结合小型防暴火箭弹发动机特点,初选HTPB复合药、HTPB高能复合药、PET高能药三种推进剂,对三种推进剂配方进行燃速和压强试验,对试验结果进行比对分析,最终选择HTPB高能复合推进剂作为防暴火箭弹发动机的推进剂,其能很好地满足战术指标要求,弹道性能改善明显. In order to realize the launch of non-lethal riot bullet in a certain range, combined with the small riot rocket engine features, HTPB compound is primary, HTPB high energy compound and PET high energy compound burning rate and pressure of three kind of propellant formulations were tested in the experiments, HTPB high energy compound propellant was chosen as the riot rocket engine propellant after comparing and analyzing the results from the experiments. The goal of the tactical requirements can be achieved with this propellant, and the performance of the trajectory is obviously improved.
